Case study
Rebuilding a client's trust in design
Redesigned a B2B telecom website after a failed first attempt — restoring the client's confidence and turning the site into a lead-generation tool.
UX/UI Designer & Developer
Freelance engagement

My role
Owned discovery, competitive research, design in Figma, and the WordPress build.
What changed
Clear service offerings, streamlined contact pathways, and a professional presence.
Scope & context
A previous agency's site disappointed the client, leaving them wary of the process.
Outcome
A site that exceeded expectations and restored the client's confidence in digital design.
Two websites in, still not right
CTS had already paid another company for a website they weren't happy with. Rebuilding their confidence was as important as the design itself, and the site needed to support their lead workflow, not just look better.
Learning from what came before
Using the Wayback Machine, I recovered the original site: slow, text-heavy, and visually inconsistent. The first developer's redesign improved things but was held back by its CMS. I kept what worked and removed what didn't.
Understanding the sales funnel
I gathered the client's inspiration sites and studied how telecom and network providers present technical services and guide prospects toward contact.
The launched site
The final design balances visual appeal with clear service pages and direct contact paths that support lead generation.
Results & lessons
The client's confidence was restored. The lesson: on a project with history, stakeholder trust is a design deliverable. Early discovery and visible progress earned it back.
